Personnel, Staffing, and Response to Healthcare Changes SIG Icon

The Personnel, Staffing, and Response to Healthcare Changes SIG is a place for CLMA members to share information regarding the ongoing challenges of our most critical resource: personnel, specifically when healthcare is in a constant state of change.

This SIG focuses on topics ranging from creating a budget, managing productivity, wages and vacancies, creating staffing schedules and models, recruiting, LEAN/Six Sigma tools, the impact of consolidation, employment engagement, retention strategies, succession planning, and the impact of a corporate healthcare world.

Request to Join the community to join your colleagues to ask questions, share information including tips and best practices, and collaborate.

The Clinical Laboratory Management Association (CLMA) welcomes and encourages participation in the discussion and the sharing of information on the following:

  • Innovative leadership and management practices
  • New technology, testing and trends
  • Staffing and response to healthcare changes
  • Regulatory changes and quality improvement as they relate to the healthcare management industry

CLMA reserves the right to remove inappropriate or offensive posts, along with those that may violate member or vendor privilege or inappropriately promote products or services. We ask you to use the following guidelines:

  • Do not use offensive or hurtful language. Be respectful of other points of view, even if they differ from your own.
