An effective mentor/mentee relationship is unique and can be one of the most meaningful relationships in a lifetime or a career. A successful mentoring relationship is not accidental; rather it takes hard work and commitment. Key to a successful mentoring relationship is making an effective connection, establishing trust, starting strong, sustaining engagement and maintaining relevance.
During this session, attendees will learn about mentoring from the perspective of the mentor and the mentee.
