February 16 — CLMA has secured Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside ($169/night) as an overflow hotel due to high demand. To book a hotel room, we encourage you to call the reservations hotline for Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort (407) 939-4686.

With reservations consistently changing, the reservations hotline will be able to tell you the live availability of the Coronado. If there are no rooms available at the Coronado at that time, they will be able to book you a room at the overflow hotel, Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside. 

The official hotel for KnowledgeLab 2016 is the Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. All convention activities will be held at the Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.

Travel

If you’re flying, you will most likely arrive through the Orlando International Airport (MCO), 24 miles from Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Disney's Magical Express Transportation picks you up and takes you from Orlando International Airport to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, while a luggage service delivers your bags from the plane to your room. Departing is also a breeze with Disney's Resort Airline Check-in Service and return transportation to the Orlando International Airport. Reservations are required. We recommend you make your reservations at least 30 days in advance.

Taxi Cabs from Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Taxis are available at Orlando International Airport in Terminal A & B on Ground Transportation Level (level 1).
Travel time from the airport to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is about 30 min (23.4 miles). Cost is approximately $60+
