How do I know what educational sessions will be offered this year?
There will be a wide variety of keynote presentations, pre-conference sessions and educational breakout sessions available at KnowledgeLab 2018. Click here to view the most up to date schedule.
How do I claim my CEUs? Do I need to sign in so you know I attended a session?
You must attend the session(s) for which you intend to claim CEU. Instructions to claim CEUs from the conference will be provided to you via email following the event. You do not need to sign in to sessions. Attendance is on the honor system.
Are the educational sessions and General Sessions slides available online?
Educational session slides will be posted for all KnowledgeLab 2018 registrants to access once they are available. Hard copy presentation handouts will not be provided, and it is the attendee responsibility to print handouts in advance of the session. Slide posting is the sole discretion of the keynote presenter.
Where does KnowledgeLab 2018 take place?
KnowledgeLab 2018 will take place at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, CA.
Where is the hotel? Is it close to the event?
We have reserved blocks of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach and Renaissance Long Beach hotels for attendees, both of which are a short walk from the convention center. Click here for more information.
Will there be a mobile app?
Yes, CLMA is excited to share that we will have a mobile app available for KnowledgeLab 2018. More details will be available in early 2018.
How do I register?
Registration for KnowledgeLab 2018 will open in January. In the meantime, please click here to view registration rates and deadlines.
Do I have to be a CLMA member to attend?
While KnowledgeLab attendance is open to everyone, we encourage you to consider joining CLMA as a member to take advantage of heavily discounted registration rates, as well as all of the other benefits that CLMA offers.
Do you have any resources that I can use to obtain funding to attend KnowledgeLab 2018?
The KnowledgeLab 2018 Justification Letter provides a template for you to use as an outline for requesting funding to attend the conference.
What is the registration cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be received in writing no later than March 30, 2018. All monies will be refunded minus a $100 processing fee. After March 30, CLMA will make no partial or full refunds for cancellations or failure to attend the conference. Registrations may, however, be transferred to another employee at your facility. Transfer requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
