Board of Directors Executive Committee The Executive Committee consists of the Officers of CLMA plus one board member at-large who serves as a board-elected representative. The Executive Committee promotes and facilitates the attainment of the objectives of the Board of Directors, prepares business for the Board, calls special meetings, and transacts the business of the Association in the intervals between Board meetings.
Board of Directors The CLMA Board of Directors conducts, manages, and controls the affairs and business of the Association. It also prepares and presents the financial audit to the membership and makes periodic adjustments to the bylaws.
Special Advisors From time to time, expertise in various areas is needed that can not be found in the existing talent found on the board. The president may appoint special advisors to the board for the purpose of getting qualified opinions in these areas.
