Executive Committee
The Executive Committee consists of the Officers of CLMA plus one board member at-large who serves as a board-elected representative. The Executive Committee promotes and facilitates the attainment of the objectives of the Board of Directors, prepares business for the Board, calls special meetings, and transacts the business of the Association in the intervals between Board meetings.
Board of Directors
The CLMA Board of Directors conducts, manages, and controls the affairs and business of the Association. It also prepares and presents the financial audit to the membership and makes periodic adjustments to the bylaws.
