I just attended Patty and Anne's audiolab on the CLMA Body of Knowledge.   If you haven't checked out the BOK...what are you waiting for?   The BOK is amazing and a great roadmap as you travel the clinical laborator management highway, whether you are a new to lab management or a seasoned road warrior.  I particularly like Domain 4, Strategic Planning and Marketing and will be attending several sessions at ThinkLab that apply to this Domain.
