Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) audioLab Series:
Practical Guidelines

Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) have become critical for the management of daily operations of a laboratory. LIS promotes increase in productivity, greater data accuracy, improved marketing, and enhanced reporting and statistics. In this audioLab series, speakers discuss what you need to do with an aging LIS; how to evaluate and select a new LIS; how to negotiate the LIS contract; and how to manage its implementation. Program speakers bring wealth of knowledge and expertise from the field. Each speaker presents information and insights on the area of laboratory information systems.
