An award winning Chapter, the Trillium Chapter represents Clinical Systems Leaders in the province of Ontario, as well as members from several other provinces. The Trillium Chapter was commissioned in 1993 with 12 members and grew to represent a membership of over 200 by 1998. The chapter has been active in promoting education and networking of clinical systems managers within this region and with members of other CLMA chapters. Trillium received the Chapter Performance Award in 1997 at the CLMA convention held in Toronto, the first ever CLMA convention held outside of the United States, and has twice been recognized (1998, 1999) for its collaborative activities and for promoting clinical systems management. The Trillium Chapter has been honoured with the Chapter of the Year Award four times 2000, 2004, 2010 and 2011. We have also been the recipients of numerous Chapter of Distinction awards, including those for Administration and Leadership (2006, 2009, 2010); Executive Involvement (2009, 2010, 2011); Financial Excellence (2005, 2010); Communications (2010, 2011); and Education (2011).
