CLC RequestS Action in Washington CLMA, along with other organizations within the Clinical Laboratory Coalition (CLC), have jointly signed a letter requesting for Washington to repeal the medical device excise tax and work to oppose any further reductions in the CLFS. ICD-10 Updates The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services has officially delayed the compliance date for ICD-10 until October 1, 2014. Read the press release here.
