Stainless Steel Water Bottles: $20,000
Upon registration, each and every attendee will receive a bottle cap and be directed to your booth to claim their stainless steel water bottle with your company's logo.
Attendee Bags: $15,000 -
All conference attendees receive tote bag with your logo on the outside and your promotional literature inside. Note: The sponsoring company will provide copies of the literature to CLMA and cover shipping charges to Atlanta.
Lanyards and Badges: $15,000 -
All attendees at receive lanyards and badges at registration; your logo can be printed on the lanyards. 
Lunch Sponsor: $12,500
Make a lasting first impression on all the meeting attendees as they gather for lunch, includes opportunity to place literature on the lunch tables and your company logo on the lunch ticket.
Opening General Session: $10,000
Welcome attendees to Atlanta on the General Session Stage. Includes opportunity to speak up to five minutes and distribute promotional material on the chairs in the general session room. Sponsor’s logo also will be prominently displayed on the general session screens, and CLMA’s president will acknowledge sponsor verbally.
Notepads: $10,000
Your company name, logo and website will be prominently displayed on a graphically designed notepad distributed to each attendee in the registration bag.
Cyber Café: $8,500
The Cyber Café provides attendees with email and Internet access throughout the show. Your logo and company are prominently displayed on the computer screens and on signage in the café.
Onsite Program and Exhibitor Directory: $7,500
All attendees and exhibitors receive the printed onsite program, complete with exhibitor listings, booth numbers and conference agenda. Includes your company logo on the front cover.
Conference Pen and Conference Highlighter: $5,000 each
Your organization will benefit from high visibility and brand awareness with your logo on the official conference pen or highlighter. These tools will be inserted into every attendee’s conference bag, distributed during conference registration.
Attendee Refreshments: $5,000, plus cost napkin production
Your company will benefit from being one of the refreshment break sponsors gaining high visibility and brand awareness on signage and in the directory. Exclusive and co-sponsorships are available.
Hotel Keys: $5,000, plus cost of key production
Prominently display your company artwork on conference hotel key cards that CLMA attendees receive when they check into their hotels.
Conference advertising opportunities
Visibility Signs: $2,000
Drive prospective traffic to your booth with two full-color, double-sided signs, each measuring 3' 3" wide X 8' tall (working area 39" x 87"). Communicate up to four separate, high impact messages; one sign will be placed near the expo entrance and the other in a high traffic aisle on the floor. Supply your artwork in electronic format, and CLMA will oversee design.
Hotel Room Drop: $1,500, plus hotel fees starting at $2 per room
Arrange to have your unique marketing message hand delivered to attendees' hotel rooms at the five official CLMA hotels. This is a great way to get your collateral material noticed. Contents subject to CLMA’s approval; sponsor assumes costs of production, shipping and hotel room-drop charges.
Passport to Prizes: $1,000
Drive traffic to your booth during the show and get publicity in conference promotions beforehand. Your company name and logo will be included on the Passport to Prizes game card, included in the registration bag for each attendee. It is the responsibility of each sponsoring company to provide a prize for the drawing.
Registration Bag Insert: $1,000
Include your company literature in the registration bag each attendee receives.
